Insurance of motor vehicle is compulsory according to the Third Party Ordinance; a vehicle owner must affect a policy of insurance covering his or her liability at law for personal injuries to third parties.

Company Vehicles: There are four different covers offered by the insurance companies namely; Comprehensive, Third Party Only, Third Party Fire and Theft and Act Only cover. In the interest of the company, we recommend that the comprehensive cover be effected on all vehicles. This may appear expensive where many vehicles are provided. If consideration is given to the protection afforded in relation to the condition of our roads, the cost is justified. For the purpose of this insurance, it will be necessary to classify the vehicles used by the employees of the company, particularly the executives.
