The rate of direct loss to establishments sustained as a result of fraud is on the increase. From financial institutions, construction firms, supply companies to oil service establishments, the possibility that personnel entrusted with company's asset is likely to abuse such a trust, is an aspect of risk that cannot be ignored.

This policy indemnifies against all direct pecuniary loss sustained by any act of fraud or dishonesty committed by any of the insured employees in connection with the employees occupation during the period of guarantee and discovered during the currency of this policy or within six months of its expiry or termination of employment, whichever shall first happen.
