This policy covers the principal contractor against non-delivery. The obligation is such that if the contractor(s) shall be unfaithful in respect to compliance with all terms and contributions of the contract on his/their part to be kept and performed so far as the same is/are legally enforceable against him/them, the surety shall satisfy and discharge the damage sustained by the principal thereby up to the amount stated in the Bond.
