This is a special cover for Aircrafts and it covers the following:

• Loss of or Damage to Aircraft: Loss of or Damage to aircraft whilst in flight, taxying on the ground or moored.
• Third Party Liability: The assured’s legal liability to third parties including cost awarded against the assured in respect of accidental body injury (fatal or non-fatal) of accidental damage to property of third parties caused directly by the aircraft or by any person or object falling there from.
• Legal Liability to Passengers: This covers the assured’s legal liability including cost awarded against the assured in respect of accidental body injury to passengers while on board the aircraft, or in the course of any of the operations for embarking or disembarking from the aircraft and for loss of or damage to the registered baggage and/or personal effects of such passengers whilst in the course of carriage by the assured.
